Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of purchasing your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package or offer a prepaid label. You will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label or covering the fee for the label we provide.

 

We offer significant discounts on shipping costs to help you save. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price applies to all returns and exchanges.

Damages, Exchanges, Refunds

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exchanges
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
